After having another computer tech spend 1.5 hours trying to fix my computer only to tell me I needed a new hard drive, Jordan came in and within ten minutes knew my hard drive was fine and identified what my computer issues were. He is young, but extremely knowledgable. I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me in easy terms what and why he was doing what he was doing. There were no extra fees and he took the time to fix my computer correctly. If you are looking for an affordable, competent, and genuinely nice computer tech, Jordan is your man.
Dec 16, 2018 diagnosticswhen I called Jordan he told me on the phone that he was available at 8pm which was really good for me on short notice. He arrived in 30 minutes exactly at the time that he said that he would. He came into the house being polite to my sleeping children and was 99% PROFESSIONAL. We done a full diagnostic on my computer and we found out that my RAM was fried so overall I had a great visit with this gentleman I cannot stress on how professional this gentleman was.PS THANKS JORDAN!
Dec 16, 2018 Computer RepairJordan was amazing! Don't let his youth fool you - he is extremely knowledgeable. He spent over 4 hours at my place putting a new hard drive in and uploading all my old programs, etc. and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Oct 24, 2018 Windows Update Corrupt FilesJordan came over on a Sunday. Retrieved some lost files and reloaded the Windows OS. He was a real savior. Thanks again, Jordan.

I was getting so many pop ups I couldn't get any thing done. I highly recommend Jordan as the Tech to call when you are having issues with your computer. Jordan does great work, exceptional service, and a great price.

Aug 29, 2017 HDD clean operating system installationThe computer HDD was acting funny, long turn on times, potentially bad sectors through out the drive. Do I replace the almost new Lenovo or pay 50$ to get it fixed? Hmmm... Decided to go with trying to get the computer fixed, Jordan did a great job, extremely professional, don't get intimidated by his young age! Four months later, still very happy with the repair! Good job Jordan!

He completed the work professionally at the exact price he had quoted me. If something goes amiss in the future, he will be the first call I make.
